Tiffany Veasey

Early Education Center Director

I have been a part of the Grace Family since 2005. I worked at the Tyler Campus until joining the Lindale Campus in 2009. During the summer of 2010, I became the Director of the Lindale EEC. I attended Tyler Junior College where I acquired my Child Development Associate Degree. I am also a certified Childcare Administrator through ECMI.

I have a wonderful husband named Montreal. We were married in 2005. Together we are blessed with an extended family and lots of friends that continue to guide us through our Christian walk.

Since beginning my career in 1994, I have counted each day a blessing.

Rhonda Mladan

Early Education Childcare Assistant Director

I joined the Grace family in 2010. I am the Assistant Director for the EEC campus in Lindale. Mike Mladan and I were married in 2010. Together we have four children: Amanda, Rachael, Toni, and Ryan. We also have three grandchildren: Gage, Shelby, and Boston.

I have been in the field of Early Childhood since 1977. During that time I have been a teacher in a classroom, a Director, and an Assistant Director. I have worn many hats during my career.

If everyone could enjoy their job as much as I do, the world would be a much happier place. I believe that children are truly a gift from God and that there is no greater job than to share the love of a child each day. I love the field of Early Childhood because I get to help love, nurture and guide the minds and hearts of small children. The children at Grace are so blessed to be able to learn of our Lord each day.

Cindy Crawford

K4 Teacher

I am a certified teacher, specializing in Early Childhood Development and Reading.  I have many years of experience working both in the private and public school systems.

I live in Tyler and am married with two children.   My children are Tim who is 15 years old and Chessa who is 20 years old.

Early Childhood is my first love.  I worked my way through college as a preschool teacher.  After working for three years in the public school system I feel like I have “come home” to preschool!

I feel very blessed to be at Grace and I am thankful for the work that God has done in my life.  I promise to do everything in my power to ensure a wonderful school year for our families here at Grace.
